The person signing the lease must be at least 25 years old and all guests not accompanied by a legal guardian must be at least 21. No parties allowed whatsoever without prior approval.
There are no additional charges for cleaning, wifi, the number of people staying, parking or pets.
Wisconsin Lodging Tax of 5% not included in rates for Wisconsin locations.
Chicago Lodging Tax of 15.4% not included in rates for Chicago locations.
To make a reservation, we require a deposit, which is applied to your stay. The deposit for nightly rentals is 50% or $500 for monthly rentals.
The deposit must be paid by credit card. The remaining amount due on arrival can be paid by cash, check, credit card or PayPal. Your dates will be reserved only when the deposit is received.
If you must cancel less than 1 week in advance, your deposit is non refundable. If you cancel more than a week in advance, you can apply your deposit toward a future rental at any of our locations or if you would like a refund, we retain 25% of the deposit and refund the remainder within 3 weeks.
